CARINE IRELAND

co-founder & managing director

Carine is responsible for the general management and operations of Soccerbook Consulting. She is a consultant specializing in advising prospective college players, manager of a non-profit organization, professional youth coach, technical director and co-founder of a social media company.


Born in Santa Clara, California, Carine is a graduate of Stanford University and the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Carine is also an elite level player having played briefly for Stanford University and for Liverpool FC in England as well as representing Cal-North State team.


In addition to her work with Soccerbook, Carine has various management responsibilities. She is currently the general and operations manager for PSV Union FC, a non-profit, competitive youth soccer club focused on guiding and teaching elite-track players to college and beyond. Carine is also current General Manager of Strikers FC ECNL & Strikers Orange County.

She continues to help train collegiate and pro players. Carine also is a co-founder of Pass2Me, a social media platform designed to help the soccer community track, identify, recruit, and better connect and share information.


Carine's goal is to help create and provide opportunities for players, particularly youth players, for education and development and personal achievement through soccer. She wants to advance the game of soccer both domestically and internationally and help people benefit through the game. She has a particular interest in advancing girls and women's soccer and assisting underprivileged youth and helping communities benefit through soccer.
